I’m a design leader with 10 years of experience building visual systems that work at scale. My work has spanned a wide range of industries, including Cybersecurity, HR tech, Food and Beverage, Retail, Tourism, Publishing Tech, and Non-Profit organizations. This diversity has taught me how to translate complex business needs into clear, functional design languages that have stood the test of time.
In that time, I’ve moved from hands-on execution to managing the infrastructure behind the creative. Whether I’m overseeing a brand refresh or managing a high-volume output of 200+ concurrent assets, I focus on the "Design for Momentum" philosophy: building systems that are organized, scalable, and easy for teams to use. I’m obsessive about file hygiene and process because I’ve seen how good organization prevents bottlenecks in a growing company.
I use AI and modern design tools to stay efficient, but I believe a design leader's real job is to keep the output feeling human. I take the work and the systems seriously, but I also value the energy that comes from being part of a community. I volunteer my time with Vancouver Startup Week to support the local tech ecosystem, and when I’m off the clock, I’m usually on a badminton court or exploring Toronto and Vancouver on foot.
I’m a chronic explorer of local cafes and a lover of good food, everything from Filipino and Korean BBQ to pho and hot pot. I’m also the guy who can carry a tune if there’s a karaoke machine nearby.
I’m currently looking for a leadership or management role where I can help a growing team build their design infrastructure for the long term.
